Product Review & #Giveaway: Cook'n Recipe Organizer V.11 @CooknSoftware

*Disclosure: I got this product as part of an advertorial.

Check it Out!  I have been trying to build up my recipes since I lost all of mine in the fire, and I have discovered so many options!  From the backs of my baking products to the internet, there are endless recipes out there, so finding them is no problem but organizing them all is another story.
Before the fire I had a binder for my full page recipes and larger recipe cards and I had an old fashioned recipe box full of family recipes I had collected over the years, but I have to admit that they were a mess.  Unorganized and bulky, I really don't want to rebuild my recipe library like that so when I got the opportunity to check out the Cook'n Recipe Organizer v.11 I jumped at it!

So what is Cook'n?  Well...Cook'n is the Only Recipe Software that lets you customize your own recipe library easily and efficiently!  It is amazing how this program works and how well it works!  This is the ultimate kitchen companion!  I am hooked and I am actually enjoying collecting new recipes and building my library up, because this is making it super easy.
Not only can you enter you own recipes in a variety of ways, but you can even capture recipes from your favorite websites and that includes Pinterest!  What?  Yes, you can capture all these amazing recipes and snack ideas and party foods and store them in your library for easy access when you need them.
Cook'n Version 11 detects web pages that are not marked up properly, and automatically splits the screen and displays the Snip-It toolbar in the middle. Simply highlight the recipe directions and click the Directions button. Highlight the recipe ingredients and click the Ingredients button. With the new Snip-It Tool capturing recipes is a snap!

But wait getting recipes and building a library is only one of the things you can do with Cook'n!  You can also:
  • Auto generate shopping Lists
  • Calculate the nutrition of your recipes
  • See a visual menu planner
  • get ideas for what to make for dinner
  • print your recipes on themed cards or full page printouts
  • share your favorite recipes quickly and easily to all your favorite social networks like Facebook, Twitter and Google+
  • Synchronize your Pinterest recipes in Cook'n so they automatically appear in your library
And there is so much more!
I love, love, love how I can search all my favorite recipe sites like foodnetwork.com from right within Cook'n!  I just launch the program and customize my recipe feed to follow those sites.

You don't have to worry about your recipe library getting lost for whatever reason either.  Cook'n syncs to the Cook'n Cloud which provides an off-site backup so all your faves stay right in your library!  That I think is awesome!
This really is an invaluable resource to have at your fingertips and one that I am super excited to have!

  6. I have a recipe box that I try to put most of my recipes in. But if I use them a lot I just have them left out so I can access them easily and quickly
