Get the @Purex Laundry Help App for on the spot info!

Check it Out! Purex has a great new App that you have got to make room for on your phone!  I just found out about this gem and have to share it with y'all!  Available for Download on the Apple App Store and Google play, this handy little app has an amazing amount of information!
Some of the features on the Purex Laundry App include:

• Fabric Care - get helpful care instrunctions for popular types of fabric.  Just enter your choice and you get tips and info on how to was and dry.
• Stain Guide - get expert advice on how to treat even those toughest stains.  I love how easy it is too, just choose your type of stain and material and you get a solution!  Choosing the stain type is easy too, because they give you categories to choose from.  
• Ironing & Folding - Never learned how to fold a fitted sheet?  Here is the place to get an easy to understand lesson as well as instructions on the basics of properly ironing and folding a wide range of clothing.
• Label Decoder - Can't figure out what all those funny little symbols and pictures on clothing tags mean?  Yep, they got you covered with this handy label decoder!  Just select your symbols and this app will break it down for ya!

As if that wasn't enough to help ya out, they also have a Laundry Timer that is personally my favorite part.  My laundry room is in the basement and because we also keep the cat in the basement the door stays closed so I can't even hear my washer or dryer running.  I just type in my time and my phone will let me know when it's time to empty!  There are two seperate timers too, one for the washer and one for the dryer.  Love it!

There is also a fun little memory game that will help to pass the time while you wait called Mix -N- Match as well as a Product Info section, a Promotions section and even a Barcode Scanner where you can just scan a Purex product and get key information for that product.

Check it Out!  Shopping is taking on a whole new meaning since losing my home and pretty much everything I own to a fire.  When you have to start over, that means purchasing everything, from a nail file to living room furniture and I would love to be able to do that with the least cost to me.  Saving money is mandatory for me right now, so I was super excited to be invited to join the RedLaser Summer Shopping Program via SheSpeaks.

Although my android isn't compatible, we downloaded the app to Tori's iPod and we got right to checkin' out all that it will do.  With this app we are able to input the product we are looking for and then we get the stores that it can be found in, how far away they are and the prices as well! 

This truly is going to get used alot in the very near future as I will be shopping for pretty much everything!

Product Review: Dr. Oz Fan Android App

Check it Out!  I need all the help I can get with staying healthy.  That includes eating right and exercise, but being motivated is one of my problems.  It's much easier to just think about doing it, but the results don't measure up that way.  I recently got the opportunity to check out a cool app called the Dr. OZ Fan Android App and as a fan of Dr. Oz already, I am loving it!

This is an app that you will find yourself checkin' out everyday!  Full of nutrition, supplement and exercise advice as well as photos and video interviews.  My favorite part happens to be the recipes...I love having them at my fingertips and having the ability to pull them up right in the grocery store while I am shopping is awesome and not only saves me time, but money as well. 

This is an easy to use app that puts all that wonderful advice from Dr. Oz right in the palm of your hand with the Dr. Oz App!  You can pull up videos and clips from his shows so you can see those segments you missed or want to see again and when you don't get to watch TV during the day, this app makes it easy to get all this easily and quickly and Free!  Now you can't beat that!  Oh and you can even register your interest in appearing in the audience of a Dr. Oz live show too!

Check it Out!  I had a blast last night at the RecallsPlus SheSpeaks Twitter Party and today I wanna share the info I learned about this fabulous new possibly life saving resource for parents.

Although my kids are older and don't have a lot of "toys" that aren't electronic, we do have stuff that I need to keep an eye on like our trampoline. All I have to do is type in trampoline in the search and up comes any items in that category that have recalls on them.  Gives me piece of mind as they are jumpin' around on that thing. 

I love that this is an App and that makes it portable, check items right in the store!  You and I both know that all stores do not remove recalled items from the shelf immediately, so now you know right away!

As a parent, I highly recommend this for the safety of you and your kids.

Take a journey on your phone with the new World's Most Curious Bottle App!

Check it Out!  Choosing which wine can be overwhelming sometimes when your standing in the store looking at 100 bottles.   But Brancott Estate, a New Zealand winery has created and just launched their Free app, "World's Most Curious Bottle" and they are putting QR codes on all their wine bottles.  So what's this mean?  Well, you can use this app to get food pairing suggestions, information on the wine, such as the aroma and so much more, just by scanning the QR code on the bottle!  What could be easier, especially when your on the go and you don't have time to research what goes with what. 

This app has 14 unique experiences!  Make music on your phone, take a tour of the Brancott Estate Winery or even try some puzzles.
