Missy Mila Volume 2 DVD Review & #Giveaway

*Disclosure: I got this product as part of an advertorial.  All opinions are my own.

Check it Out!  My kids loved story time when they were little and it was something that we did every single night.  We would go to the library once a week and check out around 30 books and every night I would read at least 4 books.  We read hundreds of books together and I always remember the questions and little quips they would provide during the stories.  They loved to interact with the story and I love that!  Being able to interact with stories is what I believe fosters that creativity to jump right into the story and it helps to keep the kiddos paying attention!
I was recently introduced to a wonderful DVD that is sure to keep your little ones paying attention!
Mila is a quirky 8 year old that loves to tell stories!  She has a knack for putting a special little twist on traditional story tales.  With a big imagination and a spunky, fun loving attitude, Mila's stories are interactive and oh so different.  By taking these classic stories and changing them up a bit, whether it's through entirely new characters or revamped old ones, you child will be pulled right in.
Recommended for children ages 5 -8 and with a run time of 101 minutes this is a colorful and fun animated movie that includes games and questions to encourage audience participation.

Volume 1 includes these stories:  The Hidden Princess, The Toupouloupou, Baba Yaga the Witch, Djoha's Last Lie, Piboule and the Bear, Strabiwolf the Telltale, The Donkey and the King, The Houses of the Pig Brothers, Elvis, Captain Bloody-Nose the Pirate, The Leprechaun's Treasure, Aurel the Mocker and Pancho Pimento's Riddle.
Volume 2 includes Toadette the Frog, Prince Gabo, Miss Lazy, Bigmess the Ogress, The Mermaid's Secret, The Ghost Who Couldn't Scare, Quentin and his Dragon, Tounde the Ginormous Elephant, Rodolphe and Carlo, Chantal and Noemie, Greedy Liza, Tinytiny and The Two Tinanooks.

As you can see these aren't your average stories!  In her adaptation of Three Little Pigs, Mila swaps that shy big bad wolf with a bull that really rocks!  Cute and Funny, this DVD would make an excellent gift!  You can get more info on Missy Mila and Organa's other products like their iPhone App "Scavenger Traveler" that encourages kids of any age to explore at http://www.organa.com
