  5. Sometimes I like giving them, if I really know the person. Otherwise I wouldn't risk it since if it's personalized, it's non-returnable usually.

  13. It depends on who I'm giving the gift to, sometimes a personalized gift may not be to someone's liking. I would like personalized gifts, though.
