Check it Out!  Eating healthy is important to me these days and I am making every effort to encourage healthy habits with not only my kids but hubby, who will be starting chemotherapy treatments on Tuesday.  Living in a hotel has complicated that process however, with no oven and limited cooking space, making a good healthy meal is a challenge for me.  That is why I love Smart Ones!  Just look at this yummy English Muffin, easy to prepare, just pop in the microwave, which I do have! Now that's a filling and healthy way to start the day!
Smart Ones are created around 6 smart eating principles:
1.  Portion control so you can eat the foods you love
2.  Breakfast is crucial, it starts your day right and helps control your hunger
3.  Smart eating includes a variety of foods with protein
4.  Whole grains, fruit and vegetables can keep you fuller, longer
5.  Smart desserts and snacks can help you stay on track
6.  Support and knowledge are critical to making smart food choices

That means that all the Smart Ones meal are created with you and your health in mind.
I am excited that I get to give away 5 coupons for Free Smart Ones meals and I have decided that I want to give someone a great start (or a great additive) to a diet and give one reader all 5 coupons!
