Tropical Traditions Gold Label Virgin Coconut Oil Review & Giveaway

Check it Out!  I recently got the opportunity to review Tropical Traditions Gold Label Virgin Coconut Oil via Tropical Traditions.  I love coconut, so I was excited to give it a try, only problem is I wasn't quite sure what to do with it!  I have heard that some use it in their hair, I may give that a try, but I wanted to taste it!  So whenever I need help in the kitchen I turn to my mom, and mom of course whipped up some yummy stuff with it!

First up, she fried me up some Coconut Chicken Strips.  She took chicken tenderloin strips and dipped them in coconut milk and then dredged them in a mixture of coconut, flour and spices.  And then she fried them up in some of the Tropical Traditions Gold Label Virgin Coconut oil.

Wow!  These were so good with a wonderful coconut flavor and a crispy crust.  Yum!!
So then she made the Gluten Free Pecan Pie Muffins from the recipe on the Tropical Traditions site.

These were not bad, but they didn't have alot of flavor.  I think I like fryin' stuff in the oil the best so far.  I can't wait to taste her coconut cake using this oil!
There are an amazing amount of recipes for everything from beverages to fudge HERE and if your still not to sure about it, here is a great video that explains how Tropical Traditions discovered this unique product:
