Do you use PayBox.me?

Check it Out!  I have been seeing some advertisements on some money saving blogs about PayBox.me.  This is suppose to be like PayPal, which I use and trust but after doing a little researching I just feel the need to say a few things in warning about it and maybe get some feedback on what you know about PayBox.  Here are just a few of my problems with this company:
#1- The first red flag for my is the name- PayBox.me - .me?  Not .com or .org
#2- The second sentence on the Terms of Service page says "PayBox.me reserves the right to update and change the Terms of Service from time to time and without notice"
#3- Here is what they say about Account Balances- "All account balances are held in PayBox currency. PayBox maintains a currency that is autonomous and independent of all nations and governments. The PayBox currency is denominated in dollars and cents (similar to the currency of the United States and over 20 other countries). The PayBox currency is currently in a closed system, and cannot be exchanged or spent." "The value of our currency is estimated to be close to that of the U.S. dollar. As is the case with any currency, once the PayBox currency becomes openly exchangeable, its value as weighted against other world currencies can and will fluctuate due to forces beyond our control."  Huh?
#4-  "PayBox.me reserves the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice at any time" & "PayBox.me, in its sole discretion, has the right to terminate accounts and refuse any and all current or future use of the Service, or any other PayBox.me service. Such account termination would include the deactivation and deletion of your Account and forfeiture of any account balance shown in the Account." So you lose the $ in your account if they decide to terminate it at any time.
#5- "If you are an EarlyBird user (a user who is active before PayBox services are generally available to the public), you may earn a variable daily rate which will be automatically added to your PayBox account balance. The conditions for keeping your account active will be posted within the login area. The rate paid may change at any time, and may be discontinued without notice."
So all this is a little hinky to me and I just want to pass along the caution that if you are going to sign up with PayBox.me that you GO HERE and read up on ALL the Terms of Service first. If you have used or are using PayBox please leave me a comment and let me know how your experience was or if you have more info you would like to share.
