My Wrap Craft Kits Review

Check it Out!  I recently had the opportunity to review a new product line called My Wrap!  These are wonderfully imaginative craft kits that allow kids to create their own gift wrap.  The kids were so excited to see the Christmas themed kit and wasted no time in getting busy coloring and stickering their creations.  Even my oldest got into it and it really fostered the idea of giving as he was motivated to handcraft some of his own gifts to then wrap with his handmade wrapping paper.

We used the Gingerbread House Christmas Theme Kit and  here is what comes in each kit:

*Two (2) partially themed and partially complete themed wrapping paper sheets
*Stencil Shape
*Pencil
*8 crayons
*5 sheets of stickers, including words, gift tags and face decorators

The kids had lots of creative fun, we did need to bring out the tub of crayons because 8 crayons is just not enough for 3 kids and the crayons that come in the kit are not the best and tend to smear so we just used our own Crayola's! The kids thought colored markers or colored pencils would have been good to use too, but we stuck to the crayons this time. I also cut the sheets in half so we wouldn't have to share and we had fairly small gifts to wrap.
The kids are so proud to see their gifts in their own handmade paper and the packages have taken center stage under the tree.  The paper is very sturdy and easy to wrap with and we had enough to wrap 6 gifts.
This is a great product and it's a perfect time to give it a try, but they are not limited to Christmas wrapping because the My Wrap line currently offers 4 themed kits, the All Occasion Animal Themed kit, the All Occasion Dog Themed Kit, the Christmas-Nativity Scene Themed Kit and the Holiday Gingerbread Themed Kit.  My Wrap kits are available for $19.99 each and for a limited time when you use code:  MYWRAPFUN at checkout you can save $4 off each kit ordered by 12/15/10.  You can GO HERE to check out this great product.
