Thursday's Gift

Today's Gift can be made for ANYONE!    This gift is super cheap to make too since it uses recycled materials as many of my crafts do.  So today I am using canisters, bread crumb, oatmeal or Kool-Aid, doesn't matter, just needs to be clean and relatively dent free.  So here's the details:
My supplies included-

*1 bread crumb canister and 1 large kool-aid canister
*paper of your choice- I used 2 different patterns per can
*Various Stickers and other embellishments
*Cricut to make letters or letter sticker sheets
*ribbons/fibers
*cellophane treat bag

So here's what mine looked like!  One for Grandma and one for whoever I may need a last minute gift for.  Line the inside with a Cellophane Treat bag and fill with candy, cookies or whatever Goodies they like!  And once the treats are gone, they can just refill and use again over and over!  I use different phrases and personalize them depending on the recipient and these are not limited to Christmas, you can do them for Valentines or Easter or any holiday.
The directions are pretty basic-
*measure paper to can and glue down, I used a torn edge piece over my base paper. Decide on placement of saying and add letters.   Add stickers or cricut cut images to can according to your theme. I used my circle scissors and cut a circle for my lid top and used a brad to secure it to the lid then added some fibers and buttons.
Check it Out!
