Cheap & Easy Crafty Gift Idea
With these supplies- you can make this:
This is the Magnetic Memo Board that I made for my daughter! Yes that is a pizza pan! A cookie sheet also works great! Made one of those for my mom! The really great thing is you can pick up these metal pans for $1 or $2. Add in a few supplies you already have laying around and this is one of the quickest and easiest gifts to whip up. And the fact that you can personalize it to the person you are giving it to is a bonus! Here’s the basics:
*Supplies: 1 metal pan- pizza pan or cookie sheet, printed paper-1 12 x 12 sheet for the pizza pan or 2 sheets for the cookie sheet, chipboard letters and other shapes, ribbon, and buttons, ink pen, hot glue gun, stick on magnets, magnetic memo list, sticky note pad, etc…
*Cut your paper to fit inside the pan (I used my cake plate to cut the circle) and glue down. Trim around inside if you like with ribbon. Glue chipboard letter (initial) and shapes to desired locations, 1 tip is to go ahead and put your note pad on the pan to see what room you have left to work with and glue ribbon to the back at top for the hanger. Attatch magnets to back of buttons and cut a thin strip to adhere to pen. Add your magnetic buttons and pen and you are done! Check it Out!
